I don't know her name. While trying to get my bearings at the airport, I was asking if anyone who understood English. This one girl who I did not ask gave a little smirk. Later she spoke with another couple in English. Finally, I asked her for directions. She was polite and gave me what I needed. She then asked me what I was doing in Spain. I stated the Camino de Santiago. Her eyes perked up a smile crossed her face, "You going to do it!" I said I was going to try. She directed me through Pamplona. When we parted at the bus station in Pamplona she Smiled and said "Buen Camino." I don't know her name but I do know she was an Angel!
Well marked and well traveled. I have met pilgrims from Italy, France, Scotland, Ireland and.......damn Yankee fans!! They are everywhere. And gratefully no Dodger fans! Take that Cesar and Alfred!
Hemingway at the bullring.
The streets are narrow....and not confusing at all..... :/
The wall around Oldtowne Pamplona and the way to the cathedral. Attended by accident a sining of the Rosary and Litany at the cathedral. Beautiful and powerful or was it an accident?
And so it begins........
